Kent L. McRae
Kent McRae joined Mease Manor, Inc. in December 2016. His 34-year career in the healthcare field has been spent in multi-site nursing home management and continuing care retirement communities, focusing on community planning, design and expansion.
A graduate of the University of Arkansas – Monticello with a B.A. in Communications and Miami University (Ohio) with a Master in Gerontological Studies, he was the Senior Vice-President of Moorings Park in Naples, Florida for eleven years. Prior to that, he was the President of Inverness Village in Tulsa, Oklahoma, taking it through a very successful start-up phase; Executive Vice-President Of Otterbein Homes, a not-for-profit provider of continuing care retirement communities throughout Ohio; President of Trinity Village, in Arkansas; and Senior Administrator for Beverly Enterprises, also in Arkansas.
Robert T. Kelly
Vice President of Finance
Rob is the most recent addition to our Executive Team, joining us in August, 2018. Rob has extensive experience in assisted living and continuing care retirement communities, having previously served as Director of Finance for The Pines of Sarasota and as Director of Accounting for Plymouth Harbor. Rob has also served as a licensed Executive Director for two Assisted Living Facilities in Florida.
A graduate of University of Central Florida with a BS in Finance, Rob also holds a Master Degree in Business Administration. He served in the Florida Army National Guard for eight years where he specialized in Artillery operations.
Mary Kay Klinge, LNHA
Administrator, Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Mease Memory Care
Mary Kay Klinge has been a member of the Mease Manor leadership team for 31 years and is currently the Administrator for Mease Manor Independent Living, Assisted Living and Mease Memory Care. She was an integral part of the successful launch of Mease Assisted Living in 1992 and for Mease Manor Memory Care, which was opened in January, 2017.
Ms. Klinge is a licensed nursing home administrator with a degree in Health Care Administration from St. Petersburg College and certification as an Administrator of Assisted Living.
Vice President, Marketing and Business Development
Lea Richmond joined Mease Manor in May of 2017. A graduate of Colorado State University, Lea is a highly experienced marketing professional in the area of Senior Living and a former president of Senior Living Options of Tampa and Sun City. Her basic training in customer service was gained through the Walt Disney World Resort training program, one of the foremost programs for customer and resident service in the nation.
Ms. Richmond is a strong believer in developing partnerships and relationships with other industry professionals and business partners to strengthen resident programs and education.
Mike Mahan, LNHA
Vice President of Health Services, Administrator at Mease Continuing Care
Mike Mahan joined Mease Manor, Inc. in January of 2017 with over 30 years experience in healthcare, including skilled nursing facilities. He comes to Mease Continuing Care from Palmyra, Pennsylvania, where he served as Vice President of Health Services for Lebanon Valley Brethren Home. He also served as Executive Director of Birch Bay Village in Bar Harbor, Maine, Executive Director of Presbyterian Village in Little Rock, Arkansas, and in various roles for Methodist Senior Services.
While with MSS, Mr. Mahan was part of the team that established the first Greenhouse Homes in the United States, and he remains a true believer in the principles of the Eden Alternative. Mr. Mahan is a Past President of the Presbyterian Association of Homes and Services for the Aging, as well as a past board member of Leading Age Gulf States.
Vice President, Human Resources
Julie Moser joined Mease Manor, Inc. in December 2018. She is a true native, born and raised in Dunedin, FL. She began her career as a recruiter, eventually working into other core areas of Human Resources, and has worked in a variety of industries to include Manufacturing and Healthcare Consulting.
Ms. Moser graduated from Eckerd College with a BA in Global Personnel and Human Resource Management and holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certificate Institute and a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management.
Ms. Moser has effectively managed the HR activities for several acquisitions, as well as the closure and relocation of the corporate office/plant at her last position. Throughout these organizational changes, she collaborated with management and other internal teams to integrate processes, harmonize policies, and implement structured processes.
Ms. Moser believes in building strategic, collaborative partnerships to create a culture that encourages a diverse and productive environment where employees are engaged and valued.
