The Wellness Center at Mease Manor features a variety of fitness equipment, exercise classes, and health seminars to suit all fitness levels and personal preferences. A complete wellness calendar includes classes such as yoga and tai chi, healthy eating clinics, educational wellness speakers, and much more.
Recognizing the importance of maintaining muscle mass, balance, and flexibility in seniors to prevent issues like osteoporosis, fractures, and slip and fall accidents, the Wellness Center focuses on strengthening the body’s immune system as well as its muscles.
