Skilled Nursing
Mease Continuing Care provides skilled nursing care and rehabilitation services on the Mease Manor campus. Our nursing services include long term care, short-term rehabilitation and respite care. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, private insurance and private pay. Our goal is to provide compassionate, high quality care that will have a positive effect for our residents. If you are here for a short-term stay or have chosen Mease Continuing Care as your new home, we only want the best for you. |
Short-Term Stays
Mease Continuing Care’s team of dedicated caregivers is committed to providing a smooth transition from the hospital to us. Our goal is to provide the best quality of care to get you back to enjoying your life at home. To ensure the success of this goal our team designs personalized plans that include input from family members, physicians and other important people in our resident’s lives. There are not too many times in life that you celebrate saying good-bye, we celebrate people going home and telling us good-bye every day!
Mease Continuing Care is an option for a short-term stay after an illness or injury. Our rehabilitation staff can quickly evaluate your needs and create a treatment plan to return you to your home as soon as possible. Our Social Service team will coordinate with your physician and your family for any additional services you may require when you arrive home such as home care or durable medical equipment. |

Long-Term Care
When the difficult decision has been made that home is not the best place to live any longer, our long-term care program can help you with a solution. Our program integrates all aspects of a person’s care to include physical, spiritual and mental well-being. Our nurses, therapists, activities professionals, social services personnel and culinary staff are here to make your daily life as full as it can be.

Hospice Complex Care
Mease Manor and Suncoast Hospice have joined together to offer complex care at Mease Continuing Care. Most symptom management can be done without needing to move to another level of care.
Private room, family accommodations, family support is all provided without the resident leaving Mease Continuing Care.
