Independent Living - Residency Plans
Mease Manor offers a choice of two residency agreements for Independent Living – Membership and an annual Lease. Both residency options provide the same great package of monthly services and include priority access to on-site health care if needed.
Membership
This option offers lifetime residency at Mease Manor even if you become unable to pay your monthly service fee as long as you reside in Independent Living. Residents choosing the membership option pay a one-time membership fee based on the selected floor plan and a lower monthly service fee.
Annual Lease
This option offers a standard yearly lease and does not require a one-time fee. Residents choosing the annual lease option pay a monthly service fee based on the selected floor plan.
